Rent Facility
Facility for people of all ages to use. From a business meeting, team meeting, basketball game, or birthday party to a spaghetti dinner fundraiser; we have rooms available to fit your event. The Center has a rental hall, cafeteria/kitchen area with seating for 50 people plus the gymnasium that rents out in 4 hour increments at $125.

Each room can hold up to 50 people
Gymnasium: 175 for dining, 250 for theater style seating or 300 for standing.
Full Kitchen: We have a fully operational Kitchen

- Chairs: 60 metal chairs
- Tables: 20 rectangular tables (6ft or 8ft)
- Extras: Wooden podium, bleachers
No private bathrooms, public restrooms only

Rental Policies
SAFETY
Renter agrees to abide by all fire safety regulations regarding, lighting, parking, exits to the buildings and open flames.
Renter agrees to have an adult at least 21 years of age or older present at the facility at all times during the event. Exit doors must be left accessible at all times. Any event where children will be present needs to have an adult at each door to keep children secure. There is to be no smoking in the building and smoking outside only in designated areas. Renter assumes all liability for injury to those in attendance at their event; guest(s) and vendor(s). Children are not allowed to hang from the basketball rims or climb on the ladder inside the gymnasium.
ALCOHOL AND DRUGS
The Waverly Activity Center has a no alcohol policy.
There is no smoking permitted inside the Waverly Activity Center. Smoking outside the Waverly Activity Center is permitted only in designated areas. It is the responsibility of the renter, to walk the grounds and ensure there are no cigarette butts laying around and that the ashtrays are cleaned out.
The use of illegal drugs is not permitted on the Waverly Activity Center property.
CLEANUP
The facilities are to be returned to the condition in which they were originally found. All chairs and tables should be returned to the appropriate storage areas. All floors should be swept. Nothing should be left on the walls or floors. The cleaning crew will mop all floors. Any damage found to the facilities will be billed to you.
GARBAGE
We do not have garbage pick-up at this time so please take any trash with you.
UNLOCKING/LOCKING DOORS
Renter has to fill out arrival and departure times for each day of rental. A member of the Waverly Activity Center or a representative will be at the facility at the designated times. If you are more than 10 minutes late you will be billed $25 for every 15 minutes the member or the representative has to stay on the location waiting for you.
OTHER INFO
DO NOT NAIL OR DRILL INTO THE WALLS OR FLOORS. $100 FEE IF RULE IS BROKEN.
Do not use duct tape on any wall or floor of the facility.
